Require a fast internet connection

Hi guy, I'm form Mumbai region particularly from Santacruz-West S.V.road, is there a good reliable isp near my area which offer faster internet around 25mbps or more, I do have a mtnl connection 8mbps line they are not offering speed higher than that on my line, no proper reason as given to me, I reasoned with them that my line would support upto 16mbps as per the router, but still no luck.
