Revision in Plans/Tariff in 2011

i dunno if anyone noticed...but the bsnl website is down i guess.....!!I even tried to recharge through the bsnl portal website...which is also acting weird...logging out automatically...

The site has been erratic since yesterday. Was working for a few hours yesterday evening, its down again now.
