courts planned to finish up arguments today. but it seems that petitioner would continue their arguments tomorrow. and then government would come up with meme worthy statements to counter the challenge.

This is funny... arguments were already done earlier with less number of judges.

Now same thing will be repeated.

Its probably done so that Government can know the "points" and prepare to counter it.

privacy was never discussed in earlier cases. this is the one that would establish the final word on privacy right in india.
if it is declared a right, then petitioners would need to find out if it covers aadhaar and then use it in their arguments against aadhaar.
this case is not about aadhaar itself.
