Yes it worked for a while. I tested on one and z10. Exact same interface. Thay have dropped the connectivity for android. Lets just wait for few more hours.

There are so many apps on playstore acting as official BBM. And whats more people are giving 4-5 stars and their overall rating are 4 star. Downloaded over 10k times

Another fake. It's package name is com.bbm-1 where the beta had com.bbm

Fake apps are taking benefits since June. Till now blackberry is busy in getting removed those apps. And by evening it will put an end to fake apps forever.

Yes. They have unplugged the android cable. Wait for few more hours. Mine shows connected but messeges not delivered. Pending.
