Samsung seems to have some sort of exclusive deal with them. It should arrive this friday - not sure whether only for Samsung phones or all android phones.

Samsung nigeria says that for 3 months its exclusive to samsung but the BB employee tweeted that samsung is talking BS and BBM will be available to all users of android ICS+

Just read and as aviral said, Blackberry has outrght denied any exclusive deal. Which means the friday launch date is also not confirmed.
Here is the tweet posted by Samsung Nigeria - Idiots still haven't tried to clarify the reason for posting this nor have deleted it.

Well so it confirms that BBM PIN will be available to android and IOS users as it was earlier started in user manual.

Seems no. Also their page specifically says iPhone.
