Actually Its good for chatting with people over the net without need to disclose your mobile number. But that's the only advantage I see over whastapp. People say its secure than whatsapp but I wonder how much of that is true.

Secure only in the identity sense. Now that everything is scanned by Govt and it's 2 paise agencies, so nothing is secure. But it's still to keep this along with whatsapp to enjoy Chatting without sending mobile number or revealing the identity.

I have been using Line for sometime now primarily because I do not want everyone who has my mobile number on my IM list. Works great and has quite a few decent stickers. BBM doesn't look all that appealing as of now. Have installed it and sent my pin to a few contacts. Most, however, do not seem interested in giving it a try. The few who did install the app uninstalled it after learning they have to wait in a queue before BBM can work for them. At least in my circle of friends, BBM first has to compete with the likes of WeChat, Line and KiK before posing any threat to WhatsApp. And early indications aren't very encouraging.

Finally got it working...
Register at late night or early morning...you will get a mail at an instant!!
Please someone send me a invite...im new to BBM..i wanna see how this works!!
