Router changed

finally after long clash with the jio service engineers and local jio authorities about the ping issue ,calling issue ,heating problem on my router yesterday they agreed to help me out my replacing the router with a new dual band router from a single band router and also because the single band router is faulty.If any one in the forum having these issue can contact the local authorities

@arjunarora4212 some times the ping is getting to the isp nodes ,some time it islike not responding and many more.So they gave a change requets an by two day the router will get changed

still not got the new router and will get it by tommorow.After using it some day i will definitely update the thread. Thanks in advancd

Yesterday my router finally got replaced and by the use of one day i can see the changes. As the problems i was facing were totally resolved now i am getting 5-6ms ping in jio server speed of 99mbps down and 9.3 mbps upload. Also my calling issues are resolved. Finally get to see help from jio local authorities.
