I had recently recharged my fiber with RS 3004 6 month plan of 40 mbps and it was working good since 10 days but on 16th of evening All my devices are disconnected including my 7 Phones from family and 2 Tab 1 laptops and my home security camera all went disconnected from the network and when i try to connect again it just saying "Obtaining IP Address" and Connecting.... but it doesn't get connected and when i reenter the password it gets connected but showing No internet or can't provide internet. then i change my password from airtel thanks app and after reentering the new password it again saying Optaining IP Address or connectinng... but none of my devices are connecting to the wifi funfact is that Router is fine and all 6 signals are coming, when i talked to customer support they told me that they will send an engineer in 24 hrs but no one came and i also didn't get any SR number when i again talked to them they connect the call to senior representative and he told me that he will call back within 1 hours but he didn't callback, Today i visited airtel store and their executative told me that engineer will visit before 2:00 PM but no one came to check my router or connection then i again visited the Airtel store, this time that lady was yelling at me and telling sorry we can't help you why didn't came taht day when your internet gets stopped and telling if you're facing problems then get your disconnect your airtel network then i told her okay then give me my refund amount of 3004 but then she told no refund will be provided do what you want !! still no one came to check my router and no one is helping
