Router VoIP Register Fail on BSNL FTTH – Need Help.

Hi everyone,
So I have Gx router i am facing this voice register fail issue from last 5 months.Everything is filled correctly.Bsnl LCO is not helping me in this case whenever I bring this issue he cuts my phone.
The WAN status(nas0_1) is also showing "UP".But still landline only makes beeping sound.
Please help me to fix this issue as I live in rural area where mobile network does not work.

In the screenshot it says "Register Fail" which means the VOIP server is not reachable to register the session, could be due to configuration change from ISP side or something else. The beeping sound is only a tone setting that can be changed in the VOIP settings and isn't indicative of the service working or not.

If the LCO isn't responding then try complaining to BSNL directly. The necessary info is on their website.
