@smith.pranjul Mine is getting disconnected more frequently. Say once in a week is really common. And from last week or so, there is one disconnection everyday. Now trying to catch my LCO.

Currently on 100 mbps fiber value plan (Occasionally I get drops in speed but I guess that is due to congestion)

Try to contact any senior office in the BSNL office too. It may help if you have contacts there.
Update on the Rx power : Date 7th March 2021
The Rx power is now -30.96dBm. Internet has stopped working. Have told the matter to TIP and he said he will get it checked tomorrow as it is sunday today.
Let's see what they do to fix it.

It was a matter of time when it happened.
I think they have split the line beyond scope and hence the decrease in Rx. When they installed it back in December 2020, Rx was -19dBm. Then nearly a month later it went to -24dBm. 3 days back it reduced to -25dBm and now today it's -30.96dBm. Internet is dead.
I had waited long for jiofiber to come in my area. They had the wires laid in january 2020 but after that nothing progressed. I had contacted them number of times and they always promised it will be live in 7 days, 10 days. I lost patience in December and got bsnl ftth since it was the only other option. 20 days later in January, Jiofiber started its services in my area. Now I repent.

TIP guy came to house, checked the signal. He cleaned the patch cord terminal with alcohol and internet worked but only for 10 seconds. The issue was with a junction near to my house. He did something there and internet was back online.
Rx power is however -29.58dBm. But it's working fine. The ONT manual says -27dBm sensitivity though.

It's still a very poor signal and slight fluctuation will knock your internet off. Better to get it fixed once and for all
yes. I had conversation with TIP guy (the main leader in their gang). He said he couldn't come today and the guys who have fixed my internet couldn't find the issue. So, he will come tomorrow or do something from their end. He has promised Rx of -24dbm. I don't know if -24dbm is good enough.
forgot to add, the guy who visited my house told me that it can work even upto -33dbm without any issue and the actuall problem in my case was not the Rx level but something with fiber joint somewhere near to my house.
