Rx power decreases in BSNL FTTH

Update on 22nd March 2021 :

Rx power has been getting good slowly over a few days and currently it is at -24.55dBm, which is under the levels. Speeds nice. Getting nearly 68Mbps DL and 70 Mbps UL, Ping 21ms.
 
Don't know why people crying here I have -27dbm Rx power and this is the result 3ms ping. I am on 100mbps fiber value plan.

It's not that you might not get the good speeds or ping but signal levels for -27dbm and below are reaching the threshold of recommended working condition beyond which you might face complete disconnection.
 
Hmm gurgaon to delhi must be <= 2ms

But if server is 100 miles away 3ms is acceptable
I personally believe this server isn't in Delhi

that was some technical Info I needed. Thanks a ton man. Currently I am on 60Mbps fiber basic plus plan and I was actually thinking to go for higher plans. Now that you have guided me on the Rx power, I will get it fixed by LCO (which is basically pleading) before opting for plans above 100Mbps.
Although it looks highly unlikely that they will even bother about my concern unless internet dies.

I have 200mbps plan with -29 .5 dBm😳 . It varis but never got better than 27 . Now at - 29.5 . No disruption but speed varies most of the time I get speed above 100mbps always close to 150 mbps
 
previously i used to get rx above -27dBm but since 1 month I am getting -14dBm. I think my LCO installed another OLT or shifted us to another PON port.
 
Guys can you tell me my Rx Power -9.8dbm but sometimes it's fluctuate to -9.9dbm is it good and after fluctuate my speed decrease 60 to 10 and now I'm facing server couldn't found and socket error in ookla speed test pls help me
 
Rx Power is fine. In fact very good. Check with the Fiber team once by raising an issue on the app. Might be a bad connection somewhere and it might be loose.
