samsung has fixed pretty much the entire mess that was what touchwiz was. the latest version is not that bad and i do not see why you would risk messing up the whole experience by rooting and installing custom ROMs. :\
, any other phone its ok to root in rare case but u have note2 . rooting that will messup lots of things ....and hard to go back to original firmware ....

even with the latest updates and cleaning , samsung gives lot of bloatware for free
u wont feel the pinch when its new , once ur phone gets filled with apps and games the lag will spoil ur joy .

we should be happy that we are able to tweak the phone , earlier we cant do much
but now we have the option

if we dont root or dont install custom roms or anything out of the books then why to buy higher end android ??

anyway the phone is going to age and lose the re sale value or watever , then not have little fun before that

why its hard to go back to original firmware ? if thats hard , then samsung wouldnt keep rolling out updates once in every 3 months !!

Wow 6.3" for Note3 rumor. We better start ordering joker pants for that. Even in it's current form, Note2 is not pocketable. The only reason I didn't buy it.

Will make no difference if samsung and partners have same quality control over components and manufacturing line.BTW, its Vietnam. Taiwan is different country, home turf of HTC.

I am not the best person for a review of the Galaxy note 2.Have I ever given a review of anything? I think no Size is big and may be problem for majority....... Including me but pluses are much more for me. It's a problem typing landscape mode...... Even dialup a number with single hand is a mess even though it has single hand operation mode which sucks..... I don't have intention of keeping it in the pocket so I have a flip cover........... And it's okay types and can used as a kick stand to watch movies or video. S pen is not used extensively so can't say much but for creative people its a boon also for corporate people....... I ain't any It's the best performance model by Samsung and lags are very minimal...... Don't bother me till now.Sound is good not the best via speaker Features are awesome...... Difficult to elaborate but if asked I can try to explain via online sources What else? You can ask

I have the device too but its in office locker or with a colleague , since it was hard to carry around and i am busy for past few weeks, travelling with a big phone is a mess for me.Just wanted to get a short intro about the device since i have never used an android device. Excited to use S-pen.
