ROMs will be available no doubt, but with missing/buggy features especically features which depend on SoCs.

If you want to play custom ROMS I would suggest to wait for Nexus 4 official release in India.

you will still have TW based custom roms like the Darky ROM you used. AOSP based roms will be less.
