Don't worry. It takes atleast 15 days to reach. I had ordered it too, and got it in the 15th day. If you don't get it after the days specified by them you can ask for refund or replacement.Lol didn't notice that you ordered from eBay. I ordered it from their website.

Get any Rs.100-200 micro usb pin charger. I use multi microusb pin charger to charge my htc, Sony, samsung phones all at a time. I don't find any harm ...

I think you can also get the Playbook charger (Though that is even more difficult to get) ... Or Apple Ipad's older devices one... All are 2000mA, I beleive.
