It won't work OTA. Use Samsung Kies and update your firmware. I just did it yesterday. I cannot recognize any significant changes - probably a stability update. Once updated please let me know what changes you can recognize. Best of Luck
OTA does work.. I tried again when I was at work last night and it did work. Didn't want to download over 3G and decided to wait until I got back home to download over WiFi. But getting the same message & unable to download now. I guess they are pushing out a limited number of updates everyday.Don't want to update via Keis as it will reset my phone and its too much of a pain to set up all my apps and data again to the way I like it.

@GarfieldDC - I just did it yesterday. It never reset my phone. It was plain and simple download firmware via kies and then optimizes all my apps automatically. I never lost any of my apps. Phone also seems to wake up fast now after pressing power - JUST REALIZED THIS NOW.

it was just 15 mb , should have done on 3g too.
dont do it on kies it will get 1.5 gb full rom from kies to update

Only 15 MB? Are you talking about the Samsung Account update or the firmware update? Kies tells me there is a new firmware version.

^ Kies download full firmware first and install it while OTA updates are small in size and only update file download. Must be he is talking about firmware not SA.

Hmmm.. Maybe things have changed with Kies 3. On Kies 2 it always reset my phone after a firmware update.I'll try again later tonight and download OTA over 3G if that doesn't work then I'll try via Kies when I get home after work.Do you see any improvement in battery life after the update? The updatefrom 4.1.2 to 4.3 made battery life really terrible.

Battery life seems the same. I think I should wait for a while since it takes times for battery to stabilize or calibrate.

After the update installation..it has optimized around 125 installed applications... rest all things looks same...on the particular location i used to get 50% wifi signals now it is showing 100% signals after the updates not sure if this is due to the update...regarding battery, can comment only after using the device for few days...
