You can't use Xposed with ART yet.

Doesn't really matter to me. I'm currently just running a couple of Xposed modules. I can live without them.

Switched over to ART from Dalvik last night.. and surprisingly Xposed Framework works without any issues so far. I guess they added compatibility. Will monitor battery life over the next few days.

If you have Xposed framework installed, it doesn't allow switching to ART (it reverts to Dalvik). You can check that by going to Development section again.

Thanks for the correction. It was still on Dalvik. Uninstalled Xposed Framework and repeated the process. Now running ART.

Even after 2 years, the Note II is still a solid device and performs flawlessly. Although, I've given up on touchwiz and have moved on to using only AOSP ROMs.

Change charger usb cable you'll need a thick usb cable that can handle 2 amps i had the same issue changing the usb cable worked for me.

But for him it starts @1500 on a 2 meter long cable for few minutes and then goes down
