Haha, that's an interesting judgement. Needs to be seen whether Samsung takes it as a compliment

question is... whether Apple would appeal this judgement. they would be admitting that samsung has made a device that looks as cool as the ipad even if they allegedly copied it.

Yes. The judgement mocks at the Tab and also complains of its user experience.

i guess samsung would be happy enough that their tablet would remain on sale in the market.
