There’s not much known about the specifications of the device – we can expect it to carry hardware similar to the flagship Galaxy S4 (5-inch 1080p display, Snapdragon 600 CPU, 13-megapixel camera, etc.), but with Android 4.4.2 KitKat out of the box. It’s unclear if Samsung will name it the Galaxy S4 Neo upon launch, but I guess we’ll find out before this month is over.

Well, the Galaxy S4 Value Edition seems to have risen from obscurity, as the device is now available from at least one retailer in the Netherlands. It is priced at €398 (~$540) and can be bought in white and silver, and apart from running Android 4.4 KitKat out of the box, is exactly the same phone as the original Galaxy S4.
