S3 is looking like toy version of S4 when held side by side (from pic somebody has posted and random videos on youtube). Substantial improvements in design I would say and applies to other aspects of phone too. Texture on the back is typical Samsung. There's lot of scope for improvements. LG is quite good in this department. Also, I am noticing that Air swipe of whatever they call (floating touch by Sony is better term) isn't working as it is supposed to, 8/10 times, its failing to register. May be some tweaks in settings or improvements are needed in firmware till it reaches to consumers.

Samsung's back panel is an dirt magnet and often slips out of the hand ..atleast for me. Also I don't prefer to use covers or cases ..I use my devices nude.
Though samsung tried to get around that problem by introducing plastic textured back panel with S4

well forum is a place to exchange thoughts and realities and if someone has some myth in minds ,i tried to show the reality but you are not ready , i SHOWED you proof , no talk . you are free to believe what you want to , call a night a day and day a night .............i now have no issues , since i have tried . :playful:

maybe try dropping your phone in a bucket of water and film it and post it here as proof. also try dropping it on a concrete floor from a height of 5-6 feet without any case. film it and share it here. might change my opinion about the sturdiness of samsung hardware. i mean you trust the build quality of samsung hardware so much. i am sure you would not mind conducting the tests on your own device.

Have you compared your phone with the likes of Nokia, Moto, Sony in terms of build quality? I am sure you haven't. Samsung is way behind. S3 and Note II are fragile, slippery and clearly won't withstand couple of hard falls. It's not like one has to go to places with rocks around and drop phone, people drop it accidentally in day to day scenarios and even from a table in luxurious cabin. And S4's back is surely a fingerprint magnet, so is Xperia Z.

^ u can't believe in any manufacturer in case of electronic products bro
But there is a difference between durability against day to day life mishaps and failure of electronics/part of electronics over the time or some other reasons.
Some manufacturer's are really good in durability. I am not saying those manufacturers have perfectly durable products, its just that more is always better especially when gadget carries a premium tag.

why should i do that?? when there are ppl doing that already and showing me and you on youtube the result ?
i dont know why you are pissed , because i ripped your myths apart?? or you want to be the last writer of the post here ??
my last post was already last on the topic and you started it again :playful:

so now ipboard has started seeing double posts? brilliant.
as for your 'claims'. good for you to believe tests done by blogs who are sponsored by the manufacturers themselves. also good for you to trust other people's views and opinions. i am sure you do not apply your own mind when you deal in stocks. you trust what the experts tell you to do on these television channels.

before you jump to any conclusion ..............i dont think samsung is making the best devices ever but they are making the best combination of suitable devices and have best value , maynot be the best build quality but service part and other factors compensate for the best value devices , mostly
