well it has a 1080p display which makes it very different from s3 and n2.

I too found it cool.
You get a full HD display, the cores, ram get doubled. Technology wise it's a Huge leap every year they are making

The competitive phones like xperia Z is around 39, HTC one will be likely around that.
Galaxy S series previously was also priced around this price point initially. Very unlikely it will be above 40 K.

so what would they do with s3 and n2? make them cheaper? then what happens to s2 and n1? make them cheaper?
if they are to launch s4 below 40k, they would have to revamp the pricing structure of their entire series above grand!

S3 is already cheaper at 28 K presently. S3 could replace S2, seriously it has run it's life more than intended.
But Samsung is very slow to phase out phones. Even if they Price S4 at 39, S3 will be 11 K cheaper So they will be not in a hurry to revamp.
