you do not need to touch. you float your fingers and it registers the command. not sure why it's cool.

All features may drain a lot of power. Would it be one of Xperia's clone in battery performance????

Very disappointing to see the same design, more cheaper looks (according to engadget).
The hardware seems ok, but TouchWiz has more addons which would help in eating the battery.
A better aspect being the camera has some new features
Lets wait and see how it is priced!
