People need to put a cap on their expectations here !!! wat did u expect? a time machine in 5 inch phone ? It's obvious the leap is going to be evolutionary not revolutionary.
If u expect revolution every year you are expecting too much. But i must say i am disappointed with same design of the phone. They are emulating Apple in every possible way
It's HTC vs S4 now. But i would chose removable battery and relatively good after purchase support of samsung over the looks of htc one. I'm gonna put a cover on it anyway !

Nothing revolutionary was expected, it needed to be better from existing HTC and Sony HD display phones
But again HTC One has fixed memory and non-removable battery and Sony Xperia Z has issue with viewing angles and again non-removable battery

Lots of stupid software which we wouldn't necessarily use everyday. Design feels a little more refined than S3 ..though I don't understand their obsession with physical home button and plastic backs! And two effing colors! what's up with that?

U cannot use aluminum when u have wireless charging it blocks the induction (correct me if I'm wrong). U cannot use other materials if u can open the back cover. PS: its not plastic

8 core is insane. Do we really need an 8 core for a 5inch device. It would drain the battery much faster. Most new camera features depends on 2 MP front facing cam & better lighting
Shock, water & dust proof is missing. On the whole, Not worth upgrading unless you 're pro-shooter
