@Chip yeah it is weird, for some people IPv4 is not working but IPv6 is. And for some its the opposite

oh Airtel's performance countrywide is anything but consistent I find TataPlay to be more consistent than Airtel.

Bro except for BSNL (that too selective) no major ISP is available countrywide not even the ubiquitous Airtel. Most smaller cities (T2 or T3) get LCO connections and that's where most of the problems are.
