SC makes it clear: Govt will have to ban Porn

^saas bahu thing is different.we live in this society and we know how much true or untrue it is.but most of us have no idea about life style of west.and watching porn and hollywood movies make those people believe that western girls are always on the bed with their legs spread open.no need to even ask just jump in and have a good time when the truth is opposite of that.if it is hard for a desi to get a desi girl in india then it is 10x harder to get a girl in west unless you are rich.

We all know how the western style..at least I believe the people who all are involved in this conversation are,if not then they can persuade the saas bahu thing as well like @chromaniac said.

They should completely legalize Sex, Prostitution and Porn in India otherwise there would be lot of frustrated souls and rape cases will increase in our country, government should take strict action from now on and not be Hypocrites, we should have open and legal sex education for all for all age groups.

Yahan jitne bhi log hai, unhe western culture ke baare mein pata hai...to western culture ka naam leke justify nahi kar sakte...log agar "western culture" ka porn dekh ke influence ho rahe hote to "saas bahu" serials ka bhi asar pada hota kuch had tak

Its hard though..I do agree that on your point..its a slow task..initiatives have to be taken first instead of going commando on this specific issue
Like may be start with sex education and moral grounds in our education system

Meanwhile in India

Supreme Court says India can't ban porn: CJI says a total ban on sex sites would violate privacy and personal liberty | Daily Mail Online

Supreme Court of India has flatly refused to order the blocking of all pornographic websites.

“Such interim orders cannot be passed by this court. Somebody can come to the court and say ‘Look, I am an adult and how can you stop me from watching it within the four walls of my room? It is a violation of Article 21 (right to personal liberty) of the Constitution.’ Yes the issue is serious and some steps need to be taken… the Centre has to take a stand... let us see what stand the Centre will take”, said Chief Justice of India HL Dattu.

The CIJ, who was heading a three-judge Bench, asked the Union home ministry to file a detailed affidavit within four weeks.

SC contradicted its earlier order. lol.
