of course that changes little as google still would dominate both ms+yahoo combined. but it does makes things a bit more complicated for them as the market loses one big challenger. too much assumptions already. ms+yahoo search merger ain't gonna happen :P ask would complain, so would google.

break up of yahoo?!! in that case who will own code and who will own hardware?! hehe!i dont think break up is possible without 51% consent and board already has 51% in its hands else it wont last long.and if MS cud get 51% approval then it can purchase full yahoo, no need to breakup
