It won't be easy to beat Google, whatever they may do. I know a lot of basic computer users, all they know about internet is Google.

Yes, Yahoo and MS merged cant beat Google search. Its far too ahead. First thing people are taught in coaching classes is how to search using Google and since Google is powerful no one is going to shift to any other search engine.
