Seeder is a a service for root users. It assists the kernel in "topping off" the entropy pool by seeding it with fresh data from the non-blocking (high performance) random data source.
Many applications load significantly faster (particularly large ones like Facebook, Chrome, and Youtube), and task switching becomes effortless. Never again will you wait in frustration, as the home screen slowly redraws its icons and widgets after pressing the home button on a busy device.

before buying and if you are rooted , i think you can do the same thing via busybox , also it seems its a placebo effect and no one is quite sure about it.

Entropy Seed Generator Not All It’s Hacked Up to Be – xda-developers

tried it on Nexus 7, One X and Galaxy Note, all running 4.2.1. Couldn't notice any difference in any of them. worse battery life on the One X because the CPU wouldn't go into deep sleep.

Damn, they dont even have a trial/ad-supported version to see if it works! 15 minutes certainly arent enuf to decide this. Anyone here using it?

Somehow, i m not liking that idea on Android! Theres just 1 app that i have sideloaded.....EPG of D2h. Its not listed on Play Store. They just give an apk from the website.
