Seems TS will add 34 New channes to TataSky+ Subscriber

Tata Sky added 34 Data Card, may be this can used to Telecast MPEG4 Channels, exclusive for Tata Sky+ subscriber.

In MPEG4, Channels also can be telecasted like Data mode.

But in the link provided, the channels are telecast in MPEG-2 in Data more??

I hope Tata Sky add Isai Aruvi, Siripoli, SS Music, Jaya Plus, Raj TV, ZEE Tamil in MPEG 4 format. :yahoo::dance:

I am confused. How come we can see normal channels (MPEG2) if the new TS+ STB is a MPEG4 box. Are there any channels with MPEG4 currently beamed by TS and to what extent there will be quality difference can be noticed on a 21' normal TV?

Always higher version support lower versions. That is, MPEG4 supports MPEG2 format, but MPEG2 will not support MPEG4.
