If U run windows follow these steps.
1. Edit Registry by entering 'REGEDIT' in Start-->RUN
2. Search for Linktop3G
3. Set Linktop3G-->Engineer-->REG_DWORD to 0. ..(Initial value would be 1).
Restart the machine.
** Start your BSNL UI...after connecting the datacard to your PC
** CLick on Settings (the WHEEL) to see a set of pushbuttons.
** Click on CONNECTION. You would see a setting for BSNL. Create(Add) setting for your service provider ((For Vodafone APN is www and NUMBER is *99***1#), (For Airtel APN is airtelgprs.com and NUMBER is *99#)) make it default and 'apply'.
** Close the UI, Remove the Datacard for a couple of minutes and reconnect.
Now put your new SIM onto datacard and CONNECT as usual and BROWSE..
