I want to change my broadband plan from self care portal but the step which is supposed to fetch the list of available plans throws this error, "Service does not have eligible plans in this category."
Current plan ID: D12781 600GB_CUL
Plan I want to switch to: Free Basic Plus
Region: UP (East)
Tried contacting LCO, he says this plan is not available in our district.
Can anyone please help.
