Problem: Deny /block access to LAN port in Modem WA3002-G4

The Laptop in question is connected via ethernet port

1.He has the option to connect any LAN port ?
Lan1 LAN2 LAN3 and LAN4?

I know his IP address allotted and MAC address of PC

His IP address is allotted by your DHCP server
example 192.168.1 .X ( any from 2 to 254 )
2.If you have say 3 desktop computers ( . give DHCP range as
192.168.1.55 to 65

3.If he has programmed a fixed IP in his TCP/IP properties
no connection !

4.His dynamic BSNL IP is same as yours
5.His BSNL portal IP also same as yours.

Para two : Everytime you want to permit him to use
6.Your LAN same problem ! if you tell him the DHCP IP range.!

7.If you can block MAC address same story. .
8.
confirm your options :
(a)"friend" can access BB with your knowledge.
(b) without permission
(c) deny access always.
(d) use any of your computer and copy data to memory stick
if needed.

@essbebe"Friend" is not that much literate to change hist network settings. He will always get ip assigned from modem's DHCP server. So i have increased the lease period of my modem's dhcp server to 365 days, so that he gets the same ip address(lease) every time he comes. I have configured static ip address to my desktop pc, so the problem of (6) is answered. My options for 8. is:confirm your options :(c) deny access always. But he can use my PC for net surfing. But not his laptop.(d) use any of your computer and copy data to memory stickif needed.I hope my intentions are clear. :D

Problem solved !
No laptop allowed!
Use your Desktop surf and D/L anything.
Copy to memory stick !
Friendship maintained !

Hence I want to enforce some rules at modem configuration side. I want to implement it so that i can save my bandwidth for a good purpose.

@essbebeThanks for the appreciation. I already had a look on this link, But could not find much help out of it. It doesnot talk about securing Lan connection. Tried several options as given in my snapshots, not help ful yet. Has anyone tried this anytime ?.
