their contact seller/tradus , system doesnt work man , how to contact them?
bro, i once purchased a White Samsung Galaxy Ace S5830 Leather Battery Flip Diary Book Back Case Cover from tradus a month ago, and as soon as the payment was complete I got the order id emailed with the details of the seller Name, address and contact mobile no. I called him that I needed it urgently he promptly replied :) so haven't you got the seller contact details in this Olay case?

I did not contact the seller directly. I do not see why I should. I found the link in a Tradus promotional mailer. I ordered through Tradus. It's Tradus that promises me 100% satisfaction. The seller is clearly selling fake products to consumers so I do not see the point of arguing with him. And Tradus did not ask me to contact the seller as they have themselves initiated the refund process.

It worked fine for me. I did attach a few images though I do not believe it is compulsory...

my question is have you contacted the retailer directly? what was his response? tradus is just a platform for sellers like ebay so they will have little idea about these.
in tradus they have 97.50% positive feedback. so i think hardly few people complaints :/

From what I see 6 out of 100 people gave positive responses. 2 out of 100 gave negative.

Exactly. I am not sure how eBay does it. I believe similarly. But from what I see, the ratio should be 75% Satisfied (6/8), 25% Unsatisfied (2/8).
As for their Facebook page... It looks like a page of some 18 year old girl who likes sharing inspirational quotes images.

in ebay it is numbering system. you can see the no of feedbacks received and also what buyers have written about which product in details. and they calculate the percentage basis how many feedbacks received. but in tradus if buyer gives no feedback they take it as positive and increases the seller ratings  they are including the 91% no feedbacks received as positive which ebay will never do

Yup. I cannot even read the negative comments. Could have given an idea about what other scams they are running through Tradus and other avenues. :)

Have posted all communications here. I have not seen any message for returning the product. I have not used the bottle just in case they ask for return.
