What are the items that are easily duplicated for a lower price? I would say all cosmetic items
Once I was sold duplicate HP printer cartridges(it looks very legitimate, but I knew it was fake once I printed a photo) on eBay as the deal was way better than Flipkart
From that day onward I buy things only from Filipkart if it is available there.

Got a phone call (and a follow up email). Someone from Aramex will come in the evening and collect the items. I have to give the items back to them, money will be refunded once it reaches back to the seller. They also promised 'strict penalty' against the seller.

Handed over the product to the courier and sent an email with the confirmation details to tradus. Lets see how long they take. Also left negative feedback for the seller.
Have to say their system is better than eBay where if you receive a fake item, you have to courier it at your own expense and get reimbursed in terms of eBay coupons (for the shipping costs).

My refund has been initiated as well after a threatening email I have got refund on ebay too and the shipping was done by myself, but I was given a cheque of the same amount, and not the coupons etc

Got a call from Tradus. I was told that the seller was suspended. I am not so sure. Along with sorrys and the refund has been initiated.
