Should I opt for ACT?

I am BSNL 950 ULD plan. I am tired of their highcosts and low FUP usage. I m planning on shifting to ACT? My house is in basaveshwaranagar and ACT is new to that ara. How is the connectivity der? and also does act have frequent disconnections?
