Should i use my ISP's own DNS servers?

I built a custom list of available servers and then i added my own ISP's DNS servers and they turn out to be at the top every time i do a benchmark followed with OpenDNS

Is it a good idea to use there servers as compared to the giants like OpenDNS ,Cloudflare etc?
since i have seen a lot of people advice that they shouldn't use ISP given DNS servers

You can efficiently connect ultralow servers/nodes of NextDNS

@Kyle Crane ping.nextdns.io use this to find the ultralow servers.
Then servername-location-1.edge.NextDNS.io/username

Eg: vultr-bom-1.edge.nextdns.io/abcd
On the router set this on doh area

Please note to replace the username to yours as listed in the nextdns home page to activate the blocklists you’re selected

There are also multiple alternatives to nextdns like RethinkDns (powered by Mozilla & Cloudflare) , ControlD

but sadly there is no option to add custom DOH server or even edit the existing ones

yeah. my c6/a6... pretty old units now. do not have encrypted dns option. though i suppose i use them in access mode.

brdr they did not even give the v2 EU wpa3 support even though the US got it. my wr840n from 2018 has wpa3 support. Don't know what TP-Link thinks before dropping support. its all so arbitrary.
Even i use as my main ap in my room only one band in all C6 EU variants kinda sucks, though the hardware has support. I have to manually set all other APs in different channels just to give this AP undivided channel 36.
