Sify Broadband Decreases Prices

Sify immediately matched prices to MTNL.....that means they are willing to reduce rates if they are providd with competition.....sadly mtnl/bsnl havent provided enough

they almost halved their prices when their was no competition few months back. i take it as a stupid excuse when someone talk about high bandwidth charges for these ISPs levying high price for their packages.

a price can be bearable, the question is, how reliable and efficient are their services? and as we all know, Sify fails miserably at that.

i think the people at sify are worried because of the competition.. haven't you noticed the increase in the advertis€m€nts for sify? they also had an ad on tv sometime back.. i think this is becauseof bsnl

sify's only advantage is the large areas they cover compared to other ISPs like airtel and spectranet. with BSNL they lose their this advantage.

But, there is nothing to please me ..Now( week back ), they charged only Rs1000 for my friend as installation charge

When I took my Sify connection in October end I was charged Rs. 1600 as installation charges when I believed it to be double of that

i paid 3500 bucks last year. but then now they are even giving away connections for free where there is too much competition. sabzi bazaar hai sify broadband...

Does anyhere here know anyone with a BSNL / MTNL Broadband DSL Connection. Last heard they are present only in 3 exchanges in Mumbai ! Must be a similar story for BSNL in the rest of the cities / townsThese clows have truly pulled a real fast one on all of us as well as companies like Airtel & Sify !But then again ... if some prank leads to a fall in prices, I aint complaining
