Sites not opening Randomly on MTNL TriBand

ive faced this problem with google the most. a couple of other sites too but google most frequently.

once i have deleted FF 2.0.0.6completely and reloaded and reinstalled it,so there no chance of corruption in any of the files...moreover the profile must be new...if it must have been a ntivirus or firewaall...then even IE musnt function.. but it does run very well...i have enabled windows fire wall...with exceptions of firefox....my router firewall is disabled......now i feel its better not waste any more time thinking ways out to make FF work as it used to do....IE is good choice for the moment

here's what i noticed...i face this problem of webistes not working, especially in vista (IE7)...in XP with different browsers it's fine...like just a while back i was unable to open the Nokia site in vista, and now in xp it loads in a flash...

i still think this problem is independent of OS or browser used.Its at MTNL end [mostly dns relay problem]
