Sites not opening Randomly on MTNL TriBand

no its gateway problem. do traceroute for sites working and sites not working and then d/c and reconnect and do traceroute again, u will realise g/w (2nd hop) changed and sites started working.

what that cud mean to us ??? and y does it happen at 9 pm everyday ???office traffic shud be low .. so du u think MTNL servers are getting overloaded ???

it doesnt happen just at 9pm. i have seen it happening in afternoon, evening as well. i dont think mtnl servers are overloaded. i think there is some kind of misconfiguration.

yes happens to me tons of times in the afternoon...esp with all sites google related

i am thinking its opendns related problem. since opendns redirects any traffic to Google to their own servers

OpenDNS Blog » Google turns the page… in a bad way.

so google login page or orkut or any google service which require login wont work if there is problem connecting to opendns google servers.

can ppl here confirm if they are using opendns and only opendns?

but then yahoo doesnt work sometimes too. so still its doubtful.

I am usin MTNL DNS servers only these 203.94.227.70203.94 .243.70

yes probably NO.. because i dont think any1 of us complained. LOLi didnt complain because i am done explaining CC guys abt any problem. plus if i describe them that its global problem they will still think its my problem only and wud def mess my line.
