Sites not opening Randomly on MTNL TriBand

i called the fools at 1504 today to complain about the problem...i've lost count how many times i've called in the last few days! they really seem clueless, including the "techs". Quite a pity state of affairs really. also, whats up with the usage page taking ages to load every day between 10am - 10pm??

just cant check the usage ie. Ro Ro Ke Open Hota hai

yea that is...coz on my cable internet connection (tata) too the site takes for ever to load...just like on triband.

How sweet!!! its MTNL Broadband that is not working so obviously AIRTEL broadband WILL load MTNL's page FINE ....
