finally the sify guy came to my place and solved my prob.now its working fine dont no till wat time.

iam too facing such problems but ive seenit is teh problem of my CTO and not sify although suppose iam online all through out the day it disconnects me at say around 12:30 and then i cannot simply connect thier servers

i do agree with u that max prob arises due to this CTOs.they dont provide the service properly.

Well guess what, sify itself has wired up my building and yet I get downtimes lasting almost 2 weeks.

i do not think they are having an official setup to manage the wirings? they would have something similar to a CTO taking care of your building...

may be they r sify franchisies managing the n/w.but they r no other than the CTOs.
