Slow internet speeds.

Hello, I have 30mbps 3300GB plan but since a few days I'm experiencing jitters in speed, while using any speed test website it shows speed correct like 4-6MBps but while I downloaded something from Play Store or a YouTube video it comes down crashing to 150KBps. My downloads from other sources (non Google) are working fine I guess.

Looks like BSNL peering with google is via DECIX and they are facing congestion due to port limitation it seems .

Google is directly peering with BSNL at various local peering facilities.
