Slow Netflix and High Ping

I'm facing similar issue on fast.com, they called and asked for remote access but unfortunately due to planned power cut in my area, I wasn't able to provide them. When the power comes, I'll call them and will share how it goes.

Update,
Had a remote connection session with him, but when on session, Netflix worked fine. I told him about the ping issue and he told me the pings I'm getting is way higher(28ms to Mumbai Server). I'll ask him again for remote session when I face similar issue.
My guess is during IPL time only the Netflix issue is occurring.

@yr_1009 they have resolved the netflix issue yesterday. Only some laptops or devices show less speed. But If you are on LAN it won't affect, you will get good speed.

I don't have a single LAN equipped device except my TV and NAS. I'm facing netfllix issue only during IPL, kindly check tomorrow after 7pm if you still have good bandwidth on fast.com

Same here since few weeks, it has something to do with gaming IP then or maybe some kind of throttling at their end, but many people getting good speed on Netflix.

Seems to work good on LAN, at least some time. It is still slow on my phones.

I am getting full100mbps on fast.com.. My plan is 50

I got my Gaming IP removed, on LAN I get good speed on fast.com but on WiFi, speed is slow on fast and Netflix.

My TV connected via WiFi don't go beyong 5mbps on Netflix. Hence resolution is limited to 1080p, I am subscribed to 4k plan of resolution, on 50mbps Railwire connection.
