Santoshpur actually under Jadavpur exchange I think.Though I am not facing any problem but you are.How this can happen being from same exchange?
because you are old customer you are under NIB 1 backbone but i am under NIB 2 backbone which has lot of problems :wall::wall:

3. Too much surfing problems
4. Not a stable and smooth connection
5. Sometimes too much high latency

seems true.NIB-I connection rarely gives me any such problem.
