Slow speeds on MTNL Broadband

For past 2 days I am getting very slow speed. While I am getting full speed from indian based servers, websites but very slow speed from us based servers (speedtest). For example youtube is not working at all.

MTNL is known to give glitches every now and then !

same case with bsnl. routing gets so bad sometimes that it is better to go offline than to continue trying.

DailyMotion works at 720p even at 1080p with little buffering initially, but YouTube is just dead and SpeedTest won't even load.

yup youtube has created problem for me too video would just stop in between and refuse to load further have to redo the entire process again by refreshing !

i am also having the same issue, prob with me is downloading speed, surfing on net is fine, uploading is also fine, but the downloading just give me 2 to 5kbps really a slow speed, but on the torrent its working fine and i am facing this from 2 days dnt knw wat hapen with this...., i am having 512kbps plan and i am from delhi.... is any 1 here have any solution how to solve this ?
