I had installed Bharat fiber at my house few days ago. I have 1277 RS plan which provides 100mbps speed. When I am using internet on my computer which is connected TO ONU by Ethernet cable, it gives 100mbps but I get 30-50mbps when I connect my mobile or PS4 with wifi. I am using Syrotech G/EPON-ONU

The problem is with the wifi. Depending on where the access point is placed, just changing the position might help in increasing the signal strength./
How big is your house? 2.5ghz can easily do 150-200mbps with a decent wifi router like r7000. Nearby devices can use its 5ghz for full speeds.

Distance usually makes a difference. If you haven't done this already, what's the speed when you are close to the Access point?

ONU is placed at one end of house. I have tested wifi speed on my phone just 4- meter away from ONU but IAM not getting speed more than 50mbps

If you are certain it's the Ap, by all means, get a new Ap (one that supports the 5GHz band and conforms to 802.11ac standard). Connect the Ap and ONU via Ethernet and if it indeed was the Ap, you should see improved speeds.

If one is getting a new AP, get one that conforms to 802.11ax or 802.11ay if you've got the budget. AC standard is dead.
