During his wedding feast, Joffrey drank poisoned wine and died while the entire court looked on. Cersei blamed the deed on Tyrion and Sansa, but it is later hinted that the plot was orchestrated by Olenna Redwyne and Littlefinger. He was buried in the Great Sept of Baelor.

not that i mind it anyways. of course. great villains are great because you tend to hate them so much that you cannot stand them at all. this is where GoT and Spartacus excel. Too bad the villains in bollywood movies these days are not scary at all. i mean look at the older movies with amrish puri and the likes... we have nothing in comparison today.
