Yes @RKhan21 CA is working. Though speed is fluctuating a lot.

within 1st Speedtest i am getting 60-70 mbps with CA and doing another speedtest gives 10-15 mbps and so on

Found the issue.
There are two types of CA running for me.
One time i get 3+40 and other time 40+40

with 3+40 it gives 10-15 mbps speed
With 40+40 its 60-70 mbps

so CA is rapidly shifting from 3+40 to 40+40 and so on

@Sushubh please help, ibf not loading fast in any of my phones, took multiple tries to post this. Tried clearing browser data but still facing issues
