I think airtel waiting for someone (probably govt agencies) who maybe using 20Mhz next to airtel, to shift B40 frequency so after that airtel can shift, and finally jio gets the gap.

@iamvish08 they're doing state by state slowly. First they're adding in just 20MHz circles

Well Airtel and Jio both have 20 MHz of band 40 in UP east, no new spectrum added.
