Speed is full but SLOW while using

So it's happening like everyday from 7pm to 10pm fiber Internet speed is full but while using its so slow like 5mbps, i used it through ethernet also but same situation

I have the same issue where my speed is as per the plan but few websites apart from google and youtube would almost stopn working for 5-10 minutes, it happens few times a day.

its same with everyone and sometimes websites fail to load completely, need to restard multiple times to make net work

might be a DNS issue or router issue
try restarting the router everyday
