Starlink SmartX MT882 - Multiuser configuration NOT Working

I am having Starlink SmartX MT882 modem provided by BSNL. Single-user mode is working perfectly with the modem. I am using the Bridged option for the same and able to connect to net. While trying to configure the modem for multiuser by selecting PPP and providing the username/password I am not able to access internet.The link light in this case is glowing steady orange as desired but no internet.Can someone suggest what may be the reason ?Thanks

Yes. Control panel - network connections - right click - properties - tcp IP properties - set everything to auto.
